Because I belong to another mailing list, and they started a chat using the mailing list. They used Conversation Station too. The list is called BNUI: http://braillenoteusers.info It's a blind and visually impaired-themed computer-technology chat thing, and Con Station was just fine for them. What's the difference? It's a mailing list, and people are invited to the chat via the list. So I said, why not?
