Um, sure they are. Both Ninjam and Ninbot servers are in the ninjam plugin that comes with reaper automatically, just hit connect and all the public servers will show up. I'd like to start playing on private servers though, for obvious reasons..

http://ninbot.com and http://www.facebook.com/groups/ninjamers/ are live and well.

While the capability to runs a NINJAM client in Reaper is there, the
NINJAM server is not available in Reaper.
