reissue the pds8000 (or a better delay based looper)-FOLLOWUP from DIGITECH

This is the response i got from digitech. nice they got back to me in a day. their answer is what i expected...oh well, i tried....s---

Thanks for your comments. Some of the chips in the PDS 8000 are no longer manufactured, which makes a re-issue difficult and costly. Have you tried our JamMan Delay?
