50th anniversary of realtime looping?

Hello! Will you tell me about this thing next year with the 50th 
anniversary of live looping? I'm 
guessing it has something to do with tape delay. Were there any recordings 
that prove 1960s realtime 
looping? Give me more details; I think I can arrange something. Tell me 
when this anniversary is. 
I think I can ask Google to do a "Doodle" (you know, the modified logo for 
the special occasion) 
for the live looping anniversary.
