WOW, that is insightful indeed. I've been really struggling to find a balance between the right hardware and software, but it seems the biggest limitation is the safe zone.


Current Setup:

FL Studio
M-Audio Trigger Finger
Akai LPK25


I was thinking of ditching this for an Akai MPC2000XL & BOSS SP-303 combo, but all that would do is alter the journey. I think the destination is the same for the majority of the time - create a world.
