I think one of the members here, Rick Walker, if I am not mistaken seems to be able to contact Bob. I was having MIDI trouble with LP1 and started complaining loudly. Rick contacted Bob and Bob got in touch with me ASAP. The upshot of my contact with Bob was that my MIDI sync problems were all going to be fixed with the updated software which was due out "shortly." That was months and months ago. I haven't heard anything since, and my subsequent mails have all gone unanswered. I heard the litany of excuses and tried being patient, but I have decided that life is too short to spend it waiting for (or being upset with) Bob. Good luck!
