No, it isn't possible to apply transformations to shuffle granules. It's on the todo list, but I can't say when I'll get to it. You can do something sort of like this with a script that uses the Move function to jump around mixed with SpeedStep, Reverse, etc. then use Bounce to record this into another track. The key is that you have to apply the effects in real time, we can't yet do them instantly.
