RE: Tennis Elbow

Hello Luis!

Rick's answer is amazing (Rick, one more and it was the ten commandments!). I am not expert but almost all what he says sounds very right to me.
I can suggest you 2 things as antiinflamatory:
1) harpagofito procumbens (or Harpagophytum Procumbens) in spanish it is Garra del diablo. It is a plant, you can find pills or "tintura madre", the idroalcoolic extract
2) sealion oil. It is an animal, so I never took it for animalist reasons (especially because, come on, it is like a seal with ears, how do you want them to be able to make oil out of them without hunting and killing them?). But I have been told from people whose knowledge I trust a lot, that it is very good for nflamations

Then, el cartilago de tiburon (shark cartilage) seems to be helpful to regenerate damaged tissue of articulations.

I vote for the acupunctur and a osteopath/kiropractice
I loved this ball of the video which somebody sent. I am seriously thinking about getting one, to increase the blod circulation on the hands (which I always have very cold).

Que te sanes!

Hi Folks,
since august i stated having pains im my left arm, specially around my elbow and wrist.
I have problems gripping anything, specially the fretboard of the gutiar or even holding a glass full of water
this seems to be a common problem not only with tennis players or golfers but also with guitarrists, celloists, vilolinists, drummers etc.
im currently doing a therapy but i question its effectiveness
Has anybody suffered from this? what kind of solutions did you find or would recommend?
thanx!
Luis
