hi Per,

all the Guitar Crafties tune their guitars in fifths. Fripp's "New 
Standard Tuning" is fifths all the way up and a minor third for the 
highest string, so

C G D A E G

Because the strings tend to be very tight, I usually tune everything down 
two half notes.
