Footcontroling of the Elektrix Repeater

Hello Gang,

I am considering getting past my very primitive use of the Repeater.

I don't exactly know where to start, and I'd like call for contributions 
of those who are (were) controlling their Repeater with a foot controler.

I am also considering using a UC-33 that I don't use anymore on the 
computer….
