Hi Kevin, The commando for that is called "Startpoint". Assign a key or switch to Startpoint and hit it to set a new startpoint for the selected loop (several loops can be selected by using Focus Lock or Group, but if you want use it on multiple loops/tracks in one go you must make sure Startpoint is in the right column for Focus Lock Functions at the "Configuration/Global Parameters/Functions" window. There are two columns; one for the commands that won't be affected by Focus Lock or Group and one that will be affected). If you should find that adjusting the startpoint of som loops isn't a good remedy for curing a too static feel you might want to try a different approach for organic sounding loops: simply make several parallel loops and keep the at different length! Then the accents between the loops' interplay will wander around and what can be more organic than walking accents! :-) Greetings from Sweden Per Boysen www.perboysen.com http://www.youtube.com/perboysen On Wed, Jul 16, 2014 at 5:54 PM, Kevin Cheli-Colando <billowhead@gmail.com> wrote: > Hello Mobius people, > > I was looking through the manuals and I couldn't find what I was looking > for > so here I am again. > > I use four tracks synchronized to the first loop and I was wondering if > there is a way to shift the start point of the other loops so they hit at > slightly different points rather than the locked position of the original > recording. > > What I was hoping to do was to have a script of some sort to be able to > shift the start point of the subsequent loops by just a fraction back and > forth so the loops don't seem quite so static.
