Most efficient would be to start working with a Cycle that matches
your music's "1 beat" . That would allow you to record all four loops
at the right lengths with the Multiply command.

Or did you mean you are looking for a way to copy that first Track 1
loop into the other tracks while instantly multiplying to match the
different lengths? If that was your question a script could definitely
be made to kick off all that by pushing a button.
