Akai MPK Mini Mk II for a small portable controller that has just about everything.  I've got the original MPK Mini and have been pretty happy with it (the Mk II makes some nice improvements to it)

There's some other good ones I can think of, but many of them are possibly more limited than you're looking for (i.e. only keys, no pads/dials/etc)
