Can suggest that all respondents explicitly give research consent. Having just finished a doctorate and seen other postgrads come unstuck because of this (it's called ethics permission) now would be a good time for everyone who responded to explicitly state "I consent to these questions being used in a research publication, and understand the implications of this consent" I know it sounds a bit lame, if it's not done, it only takes a grumpy examiner having a bad day to toss out superb research because it wasn't done. I have witnessed this in Aus, and been told of it in Uk, Ca, Us, Be, Nl.
