I haven't sent anything to Galactic Travels, but I would like to. After all, my looping started with the whole Imogen Heap thing, so of course I would. Bill is a good guy and has graciously played some of my music in the past , but I know from time to time he gets vitriol spewed at him from people on this list (though rarely by the long time participants who know better :) ). So it got me thinking, How many of you have sent music to Galactic Travels? Im thinking of approaching Bill and seeing if he might devote a whole show to showcasing some of the brilliant music that members of this list have made. Obviously it would need to be ambient in nature. Im mean he'll devote an in tire show to an established artist like Robert Rich, so I figured he might be interested in a theme night of loop based music. I want to know who is interested and who has already sent music to Galactic travels THANKS BILL On Feb 17, 2015, at 7:39 AM, Bill Fox <billyfox@soundscapes.us> wrote: > http://soundscapes.us/gt/playlists/2015/top20-01jan.html > > WDIY 88.1 FM "Galactic Travels" Top 20 for January, 2015. > Shows #926 to #930; 1-January-2015 to 29-January-2015 > Reported in non-ranked, alphanumeric order. > Compiled by Bill Fox > > The Special Focus for January was Neuronium. > http://soundscapes.us/gt/playlists/2015/focus.html#jan > > ARTIST - ALBUM TITLE - LABEL > ======================================================================== > Alio Die and Lerenzo Montana - Holographic Codex - Projekt > Arcane - Aphelion - none > Byron Metcalf, Steve Roach, and Rob Thomas - Ecstasy - Projekt > Claudio Merlini - Forever Changes - A.D.
