Specific Requirements For Pedal

Dear all,

I am looking for a pedal that can have many loops happening at once, each 
with independent controls (so that I could have, say, 8 layers of music 
and be able to change/stop any one of them without interfering with the 
others). The best I've managed to find online is the Boss RC 500, which 
does 5 channels. Anyone know anything that can do more than 5?
