The Boomerang also has some interesting routing options (see table in section 19 of the manual) including Instrument only out L, Loop only out R

Although, I've learned from experience not expect the Boomerang to behave exactly as the manual suggests (best to ask).

 Did you mean hardware looper? the Looperlative  which Bob is making again can,  if you are talking about a hardware product with stereo assignable aux outs , coupled with the mains and some hard panning of the tracks into a mixer that gives you 4 independent outputs.   The infinity can be run as 2 mono outs one for each track, which could be routed to separate mixer channels.  it also has one aux out for loops only so that would give some post loop processing power over just the loops  but no separation of tracks 1 and 2
