Repeater Noise Mod


     As promised here is the PDF of the Repeater Noise Mod.  It's on my 
website which is housed at
my friends house who has an old server (not very fast).  The file size is 
25 MB and it takes about
4 minutes to download even with a fast Internet connection.

     The plan is to put this up on LD soon.  If you don't need it right 
away, best to wait until
it's up there so as to not overload my friend's server.
