I'm mostly using a laptop with my looping gear, so I wouldn't  
hesitate pick up secondhand ADA MC-1, or rather the more compact ADA  
MPC, on a nice price ;-)   I could route the ADA into Ableton Live  
and trig MIDI clips that send note data to my EDP or whatever.
