Vortex problem

I would like to ask you one thing,guys. My Lexicon Vortex switches between presets automatically. Like say I load 5A, after sometime it loads 8A, then switches between these presets.(10 times in a minute) This happens only on 5,7 and 9, but it is very irritating. I did a reset but that did not solve the problem either. Do you have aN idea about this strange problem? Any help will be appreciated.
