not to bring in any looping content (what's that?) :-), but didn't they 
also
sample a bit off d. sylvian's *secrets of the beehive* (an album which our 
own
dt had a (nice) hand in? i remember that album as being one of the first
mentions i ran across of "guitar loop(s)", 'course i'm sure there were 
earlier
precendents i'm quite unaware of...).
