well, regardless, just as i don't think my money is well spent on over 
marketed products (like, bose, or boston acoustics) where you are paying 
for the marketing...i'd say the same about $15k mics...i'd rather pay for 
a skilled (and opinionated) engineer than a fancy mic in the arsinel.
