Electrix Mo'Fx, any opinions?

hi all

was wondering if any of you uses the Mo'Fx.
i'd like to knpw something about it, i've found an used one that is 
really cheap so i was thinking about getting it.

hot topics are audio quality, midi control possibilities and similar 
issues.
