I've got the JT50 and I can't imagine anything simpler. The preamp part is like any amp, but you can save your settings. The effects part is basically choosing the effect you want, setting 2 perimeters and saving your preset. I've heard they're higher end amps were basically a 2120 with an amp stage and speaker. The 2120 does take some more figuring out, but it's not the worst piece of gear I've dealt with.
