simple on the Echoplex:
press Multiply at the beginning of the C cycle.
end multiply at the end of A.
B will now by cut out, and the loop will be A C A C etc., all done in real 
time.

you could also do this as a loop copy into a second loop, so you can still 
go back to Loop 1 with the A B C loop.
