Re: Call for performers for upcoming West Coast show

Dan-

Hey there. My name is Joe Rut and I am in a looping duo called
Lumper/Splitter based in Oakland. My partner, Lucio Menegon, and I
have both been looping for many years, and teamed up recently for this
guitar-centric looping project. In addition to guitar, I make
homemade instruments with contact mics and found objects which are bowed,
struck and magnetically-mechanically vibrated to create
tones and percusive sounds. We should be getting our debut CD back from
the duplicator on Weds the 5th, at which point I will put one
in the mail to you with our bio, etc. We would certainly love to play at
your event. Hope to talk to you soon.

Joe Rut
