I concur on the Zoom 2100, which can also do a 32-second loop sampled, or 
a 
fairly-decent tape loop simulator.
Also the Digitech DDS 7.6 Time Machine, up to 7.6 secs accumulative 
loopage, 
speed/width/length controls, also auto-detection of participation in 
threads
