assumption implies that
capitalism is inherently bad, which is ridiculous.
Further, if the so-called evil 'fuel companies'
silence alternatives, then how
did I ever hear
about biomass, shale oil, ethanol, solar power, wind power,
hydro-power, hydrogen power and the many
other alternatives available?
Statements like yours and the underlying philosophy
behind them are why America
has been careening
down the road toward a form of National Socialism for the last
century.
