it doesn't have to be a dummy jack, you can use a feedback pedal for real.

Makes sense really, because without a pedal, the feedback knob 
controls ordinary feedback.

If you use Expert Mode, then you can get a similar effect, with
100% feedback during play, and feedback from the knob setting on Overdub.
( but it's not Quantised this way, because Overdub isn't affected by 
Quantise)
