And I'd rather have that digital (ADAT Tos-link?). But maybe that can  
be fixed via the Ethernet port in the future? Rumors say "Apple will  
skip out on FireWire" so maybe Ethernet for audio will grow in a near  
future? My application in that case would be to run a laptop along  
the LP1 and keep effects, action scripts by MIDI and eventual  
recording in that machine. Sweet dreams... ;-)
