Get ahold of some of Robert Fripp's soundscapes and you will get a feeling for what can be done with feedback. As Todd mentioned, the wall of sound is constanly shifting in and out and eventually morphs into something "completely different". Understand that Mr Fripp is perhaps a bit ahead of most of the rest of us........................ ;)
