I suppose it makes sense if you use predominently microphones. When you invest more than 800 or 900 in an mobile audio interface, you might just as well pay a bit extra to get good preamps if thats what you mostly use. I considered the Traveller when I needed a something for the laptop, but the ULN2 won (its preamps are superb) and as far as I'm concerned the ULN2 is worth every penny.
