No anti-virus software, which means practically no INternet for the XP boxes. And definitely never upgrading Windows since I got the system working fine. I use Macs for everything and PCs for Mobius. The Macs upgrade all the time, after I have checked with colleges that a new system upgrade doesn't harm any of the software I'm using for music.
