Well...I'll also vote 2, things can stay as they are...but leaving
things "as they are" means keeping the already-fun OT list, as well as
this list. Ha.
I guess my vote of #2 means that I think OT discussion shouldn't require
topic police on this list. Rather, just as it is now, we keep things
GENERALLY within the viewable horizon of looping. And people can join
the other one, or not.
