Plogue Bidule,
the only host which freely allows you to sync any plugin to any other.
I'm pretty sure Sensomusic's Usine allows this too.
In fact I'm surprised Usine gets so little mention 'round these parts. It has much the same 'patchability' as Bidule or Audiomulch but with an interface specifically designed for live performance.
At least Usine is another VST host well worth checking out.
