Nope, 'fraid not, you can't do that without a fancy midi controller (and the fcb1010 won't do) Here's a workaround, not perfect but may get the musical result you want Hit Undo as below, and start playing your long overdub. Hit Multiply after a couple of notes. When you get to the end of the Mult, finish it with Overdub. ...then play those first few notes of the overdub again, before hitting Overdub again.
