Nope, 'fraid not,
you can't do that without a fancy midi controller
(and the fcb1010 won't do)

Here's a workaround, not perfect but may get the musical result you want

Hit Undo as below, and start playing your long overdub.
Hit Multiply after a couple of notes.
When you get to the end of the Mult, finish it with Overdub.
...then play those first few notes of the overdub again, before
hitting Overdub again.
The Loop will still trigger from the beginning of your long phrase.
