FCB1010 UnO SooperLooper question

I received an FCB1010 with UnO upgrade today and tested it this  
evening with SooperLooper running inside of Live. I had an issue that  
I suspect is something I'm missing in either the FCB1010 setup or my  
SooperLooper MIDI bindings and am hoping for some input from the  
FBC1010 experienced folks.

I have Direct Select Off, Switch Mode momentary, PC values 1-10 for  
the switches, one expression pedal at CC7 and the other CC27.  
Everything works great except when I finish recording a loop the two  
expression pedals swap settings. For example, if the left pedal is  
controlling selected feedback and the right pedal is controlling  
selected volume, after recording the left pedal is now volume and the  
right pedal is feedback. If I change loops the pedals revert back and  
all is well until I record the next loop. Thoughts?
