Not any sense that I can see. If it is coming 32 bits that's precisely
what Logic handles internally, so I guess dithering would just lower
the resolution of the digital audio. You don't have to dither to have
audio recorded in Logic, even though one might thinks so since the
files are saved on disc as 24 bit resolution.

I still don't understand why you would want to do it - but it doesn't
take a lot of CPU cycles to do on-the-fly dithering. I did that in
Bidule to have eight stereo files rendered during a looping
performance and I wasn't able to see any change in the CPU meter when
activating the eight dithering units.
