It just entered my mind that the arpeggiating Margret is setting up in Logic can be done all within the plug-in Cross Fade Loop Synth by Expert Sleepers. This plug-in in fact is three delays that can be pitch/rate shifted into any semi tone intervals. The higher you set the pitch the faster that note will bounce back. You can set them all to different intervals than the source not you feed them so there will be a four harmony chord including the your played note. Although this plug-in works well in any host, Logic especially makes Margeret's practices easier. The trick should be to open the plug-in and save different harmony settings as presets of Logic's preset system ("save preset as", in the plug-in window). Next step is to use some physical MIDI controller, maybe a MIDI pedal, to trigger the two Logic commands "Next Plug-in Preset" and "Previous Plug-in Preset". Given you keep the Cross Fade Loop Synth plug-in window open it will switch presets and the same bouncing note will take on new "chord harmonies" with every new preset you kick in. This plug-in sounds a lot better than the PitchShifter 2 of Logic's. Greetings from Sweden Per Boysen www.boysen.se www.perboysen.com
