1. Play the music and livelooping in front of the camera and while
recording the audio
(I simply pressed the Record button in Mainstage to snag the live output).
2. Play back only the audio through iTunes while filming the screen.
3. Chroma Key both videos (iTunes video + gig video)

I did the Chroma Key in Final Cut Express 4, but any decent video
software would do.
