...specifically the Multi-Message Remapper is the one.
You may also need a Note Velocity Filter to get rid of the note-offs.
Having done that, I'm not sure the Midi Learn will work in that way :-(
What exactly do you want to achieve?
selecting fx presets?( that's achievable...just ask)
