        This is disappointing as they are our only Italian dealer. I just 
shipped them 5 Rang(TM) IIIs and 2 Rang(TM) 
Chorus*Delay pedals; they should arrive by next week.
        Hopefully they'll be friendlier now. Either way I'm going to send 
them the text of your email; everybody 
needs a little honest feedback from time to time.
