Check out the Rane CM86, discontinued but you can find them and a killer 
looping mixer. 

Why? Because each ch (8) has a switch for A B or A/B and level send to 
either a or b out, so you can flip a little switch and have that chanell 
either in the cue, in the looper and the cue, or just in the looper. I run 
a to cue, b to looper and then bring the looper back in in ch 8. This 
works great, two aux sends, pre and post switchable, eq switchable in or 
out and mic or line on each channel.
