They run all the time. Not just during the execution of the particular
command lines of the script but constantly until you turn off the
script. One global script I tried a while back always started running
when Mobius was launched so in order to use it I had to start every
session by turning off that script - or my Record command would not
work.

No, the script will still run while working that "0" number. Might
interfere with other scripts.
