MacBook Pro 2.53GHz Core 2 Duo

Ableton Live 8

MIO 2882: 14 samples (Live's minimum), input latency 2.00ms, output
latency 2.13ms

Ultralite mk3: 22 samples, input latency 1.47ms, output latency 1.50ms

both at 44.1kHz.

That said, I usually run at ~100 samples to reduce CPU load.
