I think it was more directed at me, for hanging up on the guy.  I took 
it as being sarcastic, as well?
I'm a pretty balanced guy.  Even though i didn't feel the need to 
indulge this young kid after he flaked on me, i've gone out of my way to 
make buyers happy with the gear i've sold recently....such as by taking 
a loss on shipping on some stuff and even delivering a pedal to a guys 
house and taking a few bucks off even when i had said i was firm on the 
price.
