Well, if computers are not your thing, hardware loopers are the way to go.
I am thinking that your best bet is to have a MIDI pedal and a LP-1, the
Looperlative. They aren't cheap tho . . .
The pitch shifter for the bass line should be MIDI too, so that you can end
the first loop, change the effects to lower the pitch, and start the second
loop.
