STANDSTILL CAN BE SEEN AS AN IMPORTANT PART OF PROGRESSION.
this keeps me away from putting too much pressure on myself.

in fact it is very exciting to be totally empty,
because that means that something is coming up,
you don´t know what it is,
but anything can break into that vacuum at any time,
in the meantime you can relax or work hard, just as you prefer...
