all good advice

i fell into a similar situation some years ago and found my way out by
simply doing some work. the music is in you, it's always in you and
it's always available to you. it's the higher parts of our minds that
"block" us. i found by simply making a start on something, i was able
to unlock the door and let the creative process take over. the most
important thing is not to worry about it, i think. the more you worry
and the more pressure you put on yourself, the harder it will be to
escape.
